Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our physical kits and supplies worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at the time of checkout.
What is your return policy on patterns and kits?
Due to the nature of digital products, PDF patterns are non-refundable. Physical kits may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
Are your patterns compatible with Pattern Keeper?
Yes, most of our modern PDF patterns are designed to be compatible with Pattern Keeper and other digital tracking apps to make your stitching experience smoother.
What should I do if I run out of thread for my kit?
We provide generous amounts of floss in every kit. However, if you run out due to a mistake or mishap, please contact our support team and we will happily send you the additional skeins needed.
